The Cyclocross workout of the day for Sunday, 8.30.15. “Hell no…”

Howdy folks,

Well, it’s still Saturday, and the local windstorm has been wreaking havoc on the internet (and the phone, and the electricity…)

Frankly, I don’t know if I’m going to be able to get on line again this weekend.

But am I going to leave you hanging, without a workout?

HELL no I’m not!

What should you do today – other than control your temper?

Well, you can take the big stick approach, or maybe one of yesterday’s workouts might be a good call today as well.

Whatever you choose to do, have fun, and enjoy one of the very last race-free weekends of the season.
