Got back from a road trip late last night, now running out to lead a CX camp, so keeping this short.

Go race today.

Not racing?

Do something race like. Or go long (see yesterday’s post.)

Make it hard today if you can.

If you can’t, if – for example – you have family obligations today?

No sweat.

Check back tomorrow. We’ll make up for it.
