Super quick one today, as I’m headed out the door to run a CX camp.

Racing on Monday? Take it easy today. Maybe even a day off. If you’re rusty, go out and get a short, easy skills workout in.

Not racing, or don’t care about the result of the race?
Go long.

Get some miles in.

Hard, fast miles if you can.
