The Workout Of The Day for Tuesday, 10.30.12. “Nothing”

Howdy folks,

I hope you enjoyed yesterday’s rest day.

Quite frankly, for many of the folks out there, that probably wasn’t quite enough.

You need to rest just a bit more.

SO, hey – take today completely off.


No working out today at all.
