The Cyclocross Workout Of The Day for Sunday, 10.16.11. “Belch”

Howdy folks,

You’re racing today, so the workout is pretty self explanatory, right?

  2. Ok.. here’s one. Can you charter yourself out here to Boston for a few days until you’ve pounded a good remount into my subconscious? I make REALLY good lasagna, home made soup, date squares!! 🙂

    Also, I swam at masters today for my “recovery”, good enough??
    I unknowingly broke 2 carbon spokes and worked extra hard yesterday racing with a wheel rubbing out of true . Fun!

    • Never say never! I’m an east coast native, and *all* of my family still lives back over there, so stranger things have happened!
      Heck, if someone wanted to get a group of folks together & pay my airfare over, sure… I could come out and do some clinics 🙂
