1st Cross practice of the season…

Ouch.

I haven’t lost a step, I’ve lost a leg.

Want a recipe for success? Roll Jiu-Jitsu for a couple of hours, slam down a smoothie on the way to work, find out your appointment is cancelled, go home, take a nap. Wake up in the late afternoon, and then try to hop over barriers for an hour without stretching.

I’m an idiot.

Not nearly as triumphantly an idiot as this guy, however…
