Workout Of The Day For Friday, 10/22…

This is going to be pretty quick… take it easy today.

Get out on your bike.

Ride for an hour at a relatively easy, moderate tempo –  just one notch above a recovery ride.

Go home, relax, stretch, get a massage if you can.

Work on your bike(s) so you don’t need to do so tomorrow.

Get locked and loaded for the weekend.
